State police have arrested a civil engineer from Mumbai on charge of stealing and tampering with the proprietary computer software and the source code of a city-based computer educational firm and later offering it for sale........
On interrogation, the accused confessed that he had stolen the software from the complainant's company (which is running computer-based educational and tutorial classes) while he was undergoing training in the organisation here.........
Vivek further confessed that in order to gain easy money he stole the software which is the valuable intellectual property of the complainant's company..............
