Cyber lab soon to come up at RMLNLU



Lucknow: In a bid to provide worldwide exposure to students, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University (RMLNLU) will set up a cyber lab at its premises.
The University has received a green signal from Uttar Pradesh Government for the proposal for which a grant of Rs 50 lakh will be given to the University under the Centre of Excellence (COE) scheme. The project will cost Rs. one crore. The remaining money will be generated by the university from its sources.
On September 14, higher education secretary Avnish Awasthi along with a four-member committee constituted by the University Grants Commission (UGC), reviewed the university`s proposal and gave a go-ahead to the project. 
The UGC team recommended that experts from prominent universities of other countries should also be called so that students get worldwide exposure. After the visit, RMLNLU will get financial assistance from UGC.
